Student Organizations can update their OrgSync information at any time by having an Administrator of their portal update their profile under “Setting”. Student Organizations should update this information whenever an officer or advisor contact information changes or for general update purposes. Every Fall, all current student organizations must renew with the Student Development Programs Office. If your organization has an OrgSync portal, the administrator will be promoted how to renew upon logging in to OrgSync once the renewal period has begun. |

If you do not have an OrgSync portal yet, an officer will need to log into OrgSync via myUSI and complete their personal profile. Then under the “Organization” tab on the top bar, select “+Add Organization”. Officers should verify that the organization does not have a portal by searching current student organization listing if the organization is not listed, then the officer should select “Register New Organization” and complete the online form. If your organization is NEW to USI; please visit the Start a Organization page for instructions! |
