The University of Southern Indiana's Fraternity Sorority Life Community is made up of 11 chapters; four (4) Women's Sororities and seven (7) Men's Fraternities. Each chapter is represented by a respective governing council who's responsibility is to coordinate events and activity for community.

Currently there are no active National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) chapters associated with the USI Fraternity/Sorority Community. The University is committed to reestablishing these chapters on campus.
