The EXCEL Leadership Conference is held annually and provides student leaders a chance to get to know each other and further develop their leadership abilities. The workshops at the conference are specifically designs for the level of leadership the students currently has and a chance to learn about important topics like motivating others, group member roles, effective meeting planning, and much more. |

| Emerging Leaders is a NEW initiative of the O'Daniel Leadership Programs. This program will feature a weekly seminar that will focus on a specific leadership skill necessary to be an effective leader. The Program is limited to 50 students and will meet in the Spring semester. Applications for this program begin in the Fall. |

| Camp Eagle is a three-day adventure for incoming freshmen to participate in challenging outdoor exercises, team-building activities, educational sessions, and opportunities to learn the history and traditions of the University of Southern Indiana. |

| Dinner Etiquette Workshops occur every semester and are designed to teach your proper etiquette when eating during formal functions students will encounter at conferences they attend and the workplace after college. |
