The Orientation Information Fair provides select student organizations and campus departments an excellent opportunity to showcase their unique membership benefits and services to incoming students. Our intent is to provide incoming students and their families with all the necessary information to help them be successful at USI.

Two options are offered to your organization or department:

Staffed Table - By choosing to have a Staffed Table, your organization or department agrees to have someone at your table. No audio/visual equipment will be provided. There is limited access to electrical outlets and requests will be taken on a "first-come, first-served" basis and provided based on availability. We have limited space and may ask like functions/departments to share a table. 

General Table - The second option is for organizations or departments that cannot provide staff or have only one or two pieces of information. A general information table will be provided where we will display your information. By choosing the General Table, your department agrees to provide us with approximately 50 copies of each piece of information you want displayed. All materials are due in the Office of Student Development Programs by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2014.

Inclement Weather Policy

If there is inclement weather and the university is closed on Thursday, January 8, 2015 the on-campus orientation session will be held on Friday, January 9, 2015 following the same schedule. if we would also be closed on Friday, January 9, 2015 we will not hold an on-campus orientation session. You can find out if the university is closed by checking the USI homepage www.usi.edu, contact USI Emergency hotline at 812-465-1085, or listen to an Evansville media outlet.
